Conceptual Photography
This approach to photography is conceptual and illustrative in nature. It is meant to be cohesive with the RWJF illustration style requirements. It often consists of props resting on a colored background.
It is used to communicate abstract or conceptual topics and ideas that a photo journalistic image from Gaggle may not effectively convey.
Editorial photography may also be considered for use in priority campaigns or blog posts.

Conceptual photography style examples
Background color
Utilize a flat background color from the approved digital color palette.
Table top angle
Use a straight down table top camera angle for efficiency and consistency.
Simplicity
Editorial photography should depict a simple idea, and it should not be overly complicated to execute. Let the concept shine.
Human element
Consider using a hand to interact with the props in the photo, and to add a human element.
